The purpose of the Sociology Club is to bring together students concerned with the social problems of today as well as provide applicable experience for those considering careers in sociology or social work.
Our club meets on a weekly basis to organize and plan activities and fundraisers. We also discuss issues that are important to the group and invite speakers and guest to come to campus to share their experiences.
The club welcomes all to come and experience a student organization with a difference. We provide a positive atmosphere and we take special pride in being a diverse group.
Meetings are scheduled for 1:45 P.M. every Thursday in Landrum 207. Flyers for our events will be posted around campus with contact information on them. To join the club or sign up for a specific event, contact us at
